Controlled & Monitored access

Your gate, controlled from your phone and watched over: it opens as you arrive, closes behind you as you leave, tells you when it was left open — and every command is logged with who gave it.

What it does

Access you control — and can see

The gate remote in your pocket

Open or close both wings or the pedestrian wing alone, and stop the wings while they move. The remote locks against accidental taps and locks itself again after a minute.

Opens as you arrive

When your phone enters the perimeter you set around the gate, the gate opens: on foot only the pedestrian wing, by car both wings. It never opens while the phone simply stays inside. With the app closed this works on iPhone; on Android while the app runs.

Closes as you leave

Whatever is open closes when the phone leaves the perimeter — or switch this off. With "Ask before open/close" you confirm each move from a notification first, and daily timers can open and close the gate at set times.

Left open? You'll know

After the minutes you set, your phone shows a notice with a Close button. If the app isn't running, an e-mail with a close link goes to your account. The notice never closes the gate by itself — a person confirms the Close.

Who opened, and when

Every command needs a signed-in person and a source. The controller logs each one and marks motion it did not cause as external — and the app shows the gate's real state, read from the opener's own warning lamp.

Safety guards

A pause after each automatic opening, inaccurate GPS fixes ignored, a phone lying still never triggers the gate — and the controller ends every relay pulse itself, so a dropped connection never holds the gate's input.

How it works

From your gate to your phone

  1. We fit the gate controller

Our gate controller connects to your gate's control unit through relays with isolated feedback, on the property's wired network. Our reference installation drives V2 swing-gate operators.

  2. Create your account and sign in

Create your account on ISUPortal.com, then sign in once in the SmartHome app; Face ID, a fingerprint or a PIN unlocks it after that.

  3. Set your perimeter

Choose how far from the gate the app should open it, and whether it should ask you first.

  4. At home and away

In your home Wi-Fi the phone talks to the gate directly; away it goes through our own relay — no VPN, no port forwarding, no third-party cloud. The switch happens by itself.

Next

In preparation

Not available yet — these are the next steps we are working on.

  • A pedestrian door in the gate wing: RFID fobs or a PIN at a reader, release from the app, door and bolt state contacts.
  • Roles per property — owner, member and viewer — granted and revoked centrally.
  • Auto-open with the app closed on Android, too.

Privacy

Your data in the SmartHome app

What the app keeps on your phone, how it uses your location for the gate alone, and how your account is deleted: it is all in the privacy policy.
