Programmable Logic Controllers

We program PLCs and connect them to the systems around them: Siemens TIA Portal projects from concept to commissioning, S7-1200 controllers read and driven over the LAN, and custom ESP32 controllers with firmware of our own.

What we do

Controllers that do their job — and show it

PLC programming and operator panels

Siemens TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 projects from concept to commissioning, with operator interfaces for Siemens, Weintek and custom web-based panels.

Siemens S7-1200 over the LAN

RSIHome talks S7comm directly to a SIMATIC S7-1200 (PUT/GET): timed relay pulses, with a guard against a relay that sticks.

A live faceplate

The CPU drawn as its front panel: its LEDs and terminals light up from the real process image, polled read-only every two seconds.

Controllers of our own

ESP32 controller nodes with their own firmware on Ethernet or Wi-Fi: an HTTP/JSON interface, token-protected commands and relay pulses that end by themselves.

How we work

From the first sketch to commissioning

  1. Concept

We define with you what the controller must do — its inputs and outputs, its interlocks, and how people operate it.

  2. Program

We write the PLC program in Siemens TIA Portal, or the firmware for a controller of our own.

  3. Connect

The controller reports to the systems around it — for example an S7-1200 read and driven by RSIHome over the LAN.

  4. Commission

We bring the system into operation on site, together with you.

Next

In preparation

Not available yet — these are the next steps we are working on.

  • A ready-to-flash S7-1200 program (TIA Portal, SCL): commands become fixed-width relay pulses, so a command stuck at TRUE can never hold a relay closed; field feedback is mirrored into a data block other systems can read.
  • A Modbus-TCP server on the PLC and its own web server as a status page.
  • A Siemens HMI operator panel paired with the S7-1200.
